Delicious (and healthy, too!) all natural slices of pure ginger, coated in sugar and ready to eat or use in recipes. This ginger is not hard and dry like some on the market, but tender and moist with just the right amount of sweet-tang. Try brushing off some of the sugar coating and dipping half in melted bittersweet chocolate. A welcome dessert, especially after a fish dish.
